This project involved the provision of long-term commercial cleaning services for a shopping mall in South Seattle, Washington. The primary objective was to maintain a consistently clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, tenants, employees, and visitors while meeting high commercial cleaning standards. Our team provided scheduled daily and routine cleaning services across the facility, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and maintaining common areas, corridors, entrances, and public spaces. The scope also included cleaning glass doors, windows, and visible surfaces, as well as regular waste collection and replacement of trash liners to maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the shopping mall. Special attention was given to hygiene and high-touch areas. Restrooms were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, while handrails, door handles, and frequently touched surfaces were regularly dusted and disinfected. Professional-grade equipment and high-quality, environmentally friendly cleaning products were used throughout the project. Routine inspections and quality-control checks were also conducted to ensure consistent service quality, hygiene, and compliance with commercial cleaning requirements.
